Our journey began in 2002 when Dr. LaMont “Montee” Evans founded the company with a focus to ensure African American/Black entrepreneurs, small businesses and nonprofit organizations have a reputable and skilled consulting firm to turn to.
We have expanded our work outside of the United States while maintaining the same mission and commitment.
This mission is a declaration to those we serve. It outlines our purpose as a company and provides benchmarks for how we weigh our actions and decisions. We believe God is in the detail — and if we stay focused on the detail, everything else will fall in place.
